Principal and founder of the Hampstead Academy Hajaz Akram has trained and worked as an actor, teacher and director for 20 years. Hajaz trained at Central School of Speech and Drama and has appeared in numerous television programmes including Doctor Who, Glasgow Dreams and Casualty, as well as in various film and voiceover roles.
He has taught and directed at a number of drama schools and theatres across the UK, including the Tricycle Theatre, Riverside Studios and Central School of Speech and Drama.
His passion for the stage, TV and film is the drive behind the creation of the Academy. With a team of dedicated teachers and industry professionals who all share the same vision, we are able to offer first-class actor training to both established and aspiring actors.
